Site Preparation

We believe the investment you make in a quality storage building would make the type of site your building needs worthy of consideration. The best building available may not be satisfactory on an unlevel or unstable site. A proper level site will insure the structural integrity of your building as well as enhance its appearance. A 2a or 2b limestone pad is recommended for level ground and should extend 12” beyond the structure perimeter. Blocks can be used for sloped ground; or railroad ties and treated timbers can be placed crossways under the building.
